Behind the magic, under the pixie dust there are thousands of cast members working behind the scenes at Walt Disney World.  

The Disney College Program is one of the largest internship program in the US and has a very competitive selection process.  These interns are from the top academic, economic, and social levels in their countries.  With the opportunity to work with the next generation of top leaders from around the world, we desire to give them the awareness, vision, and resources to return home as leaders who see the gospel of Jesus forever change the experience of life and community in their countries around the world.

No day is ever the same at WDW, but a typical week includes initiating and building relationships with College Program interns, hosting events and hospitality for College Program interns, and mentoring student leaders in living in the gospel and developing spiritual movements within their spheres of influence on the internship program.
